My law office offers a unique medical negligence practice with focus on Pennsylvania and New Jersey cases. I voluntarily limit the number of cases I litigate at any one point in time. This allows me to provide all of my clients with the maximum personal attention and dedicated effort they each deserve.

During the past 30 years, I have developed the necessary legal skills, as well as, a dedicated team of qualified support staff. We also have long standing relationships with well-respected medical experts. As a result, my practice possesses the necessary resources and time to remain properly dedicated to your case.

I received my J.D. in 1974 from Rutgers University School of Law. I was Deputy Administrator of Pennsylvania's Arbitration Panels for Health Care. I have also been Special Assistant to Pennsylvania's Insurance Commissioner and an Assistant Attorney General with the Department of Justice in Harrisburg, PA. I have been a frequent lecturer and author of several published articles. Since 1991, I have been a Judge Pro Tempore for the First Judicial District, Philadelphia, PA, attempting to negotiate civil matters prior to trial.

I am listed in Who's Who of American Women, 14th edition, and have been a co-host of a consumer public affairs radio program, WIBF Law Talk. I've been on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and have been a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Atlantic County and New Jersey Bar Association; Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association; Women Attorneys of New Jersey; National Association of Women in the Law; and the Women's Health Alliance.

Ms. Lewis is married and has one daughter, Morgan. Gayle's husband Michael practiced dentistry for 25 years following graduation from the University of Pennsylvania. He has long been an advocate for the removal of toxic mercury from dental work. Michael, an inventor, is presently working on inventions to implement better diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease. Gayle also has two Cockapoo's Joey and Zoey who are brother and sister. Joey is the one on the website picture. She also has two RagDoll cats Casey and Gracie who are 12 and 13 year old cousins.
